Monte Fino Tequila

Blanco-Suave (Origin)

This is where the magic starts: pure, 100% agave premium tequila. Our origin tequila comes from Amititan, Jalisco, the geographical and ancestral heart of pre-colonial agave distillation. Distilled without acceleration in a traditional masonry oven, this unrested tequila is the very core of what makes Monte Fino great.

  • Process: Without acceleration, slow-distilled in a traditional masonry oven. Fermentation based on natural sugars from the heart of the agave plant.

Monte Fino Tequila Reposado (Rested)

Tequila reposado at its finest. Smooth, bold, and iconic. 

Our 6-month rested tequila is the natural next step in the evolution of this ancestral spirit. Resting in French oak barrels cultivates an intense heat and bold flavor. With a sun-kissed golden color, this is the tequila that brings to mind warm summer days and long nights celebrating under the stars.


  • Process: Rested for 6 months in French oak barrels from Napa Valley.
  • Flavor: Long notes with almond and herbal touches. An accentuated taste of agave and oak.
  • Color: Soft gold.

Monte Fino Tequila

Blanco-Rosa (Eclipse)

Bringing together the best of beauty and flavor, our rose tequila was inspired by an eclipse: the meeting of two celestial bodies. 


Our 100% agave origin tequila is rested in untreated Cabernet Sauvignon barrels from Napa vineyards. This gives it a lovely pink hue and a rich, unexpected flavor. Monte Fino Tequila Blanco-Rosa is the perfect gift for any special occasion.


  • Process: Rested in French oak red wine barrels. The barrels are left unroasted to allow the Cabernet to interact directly with the tequila. 
  • Flavor: Complex, with light notes of grape and a floral finish.
  • Color: Bright pink.

Monte Fino Tequila Añejo (Sunset)

The embodiment of a sunset in a bottle. Our Tequila Añejo has everything a true tequila lover looks for: warmth, depth, and full-bodied flavor. It takes our heritage tequila to another level.


We use a double-barrel aging process, incorporating both French oak and American oak barrels for a broader depth of flavor. The natural fermentation over 24 months creates a unique flavor profile that could never be copied by synthetic tequilas.
